These funds help people stay employed in-demand skills-based jobs by reducing the financial burden historically associated with the cost education and employment... Money contributed to this fund helps to reduce unemployement in in-demand skills based jobs and financial hardships related to unnecessary debt related to education loans. Our goal is to get $5,000 to 1,700 people through various organizations that will get them into in-demand skills based work with annual starting income of $50-$65,000 with less than 1% of the earning going to pay student debt.
